Brownie Cookie or Teddy Bear?

If you like brownie I've saved one for you. As Mr. Brownie is a bear, you can not eat him, though he is so sweet, that you will try it :) You can meet him here:Mr. Brownie
If you really want to eat the finest brownie there is a recipe for you:

1.) Heat up and mix 200 g butter and 200 g dark chocolate in a bowl above boiling water, than let the
cream get cold.
2.) Whip 4 whole egs whith 200 g sugar
3.) chop up a palmful walnut (not compulsory) and mix it into 300 flour, add a pinch of salt too.
Add part 1. to part 2. stear it a while and add part 3. to as well.
Put the cream into a silicone form or in a pie dish and bake it 20-25 minutes long on 180 C
It should stay creamy inside...

Ha szereted a browniet egyet megmentettem neked. Mivel Mr. Brownie egy medve, nem szerencsés megenni, bár nagyon édes és ennivaló :) Itt lehet randizni: Mr. Brownie

1.) 200 g vajat + 200 g csokit gőz felett megolvasztjuk összekeverjük, és hagyjuk kihűlni.
2.) 4 tojást 250 g cukorral és 2 csomag vaniliáscukorral habosra keverünk.
3.) 130 g lisztet egy marék apróra vágott dióval (a dió kihagyható) és egy csipet sóval  összekeverünk.
Keverd össze a 1. és a 2. részt, majd add hozzá a 3. részt is.
Tedd a masszát szilikonformába, vagy kivajazott tortaformába, és süssed 180 C-on 20-25 percig.
Akkor jó, ha belül krémes marad.

Ryan - the first rescued old teddy bear - az első maci

Bemutatom Ryant az első és valószínűleg a legöregebb megmentett macit. Valószínűleg a 60-as években született. Nagyon poros elhanyagolt állapotban érkezett hozzánk, és sok törődést igényelt, amire jobb bőrben láthattuk. Ki kellett porolni és finoman átmosni a bundáját. Aztán napokig csak száradt és melegedett. Majd a megfáradt ízületek következtek, új korongok és szegecsek beültetésével. Most mind működik. Mivel nem volt már orra sem, teljesen új puha, bársony orrot kapott, pótoltam a hiányzó mancsbéléseket, és rögzítettem a meglazult füleket, szemeket. Most megvidámodva így néz ki, és gazdára vár.

I would like to introduce Ryan the first and probably the oldest rescued Teddy bear. We date his birthday to the 60's. He was dusty and abandoned, when we found him, and he had needed a lot of care until he getted into a better condition. He was dusted and his fur was washed. After enjoying the warm and getting dry for many days, I repaired his tired and old joints inplanting new discs and rivets. Now all joints of him are working. As he had lost his nose, he became a new soft, velvet one, I complemented the missing paw and foot linings, and fixed the loose ears and eyes. Now he has turned to a happy bear and he is waiting for a new owner.

Second life for teddy bears project - Medvementő műhely

Néhány szomorú és számkivetett medve felkeresett, hátha tudok nekik segíteni. Némelyek csak el voltak hanyagolva, volt köztük azonban olyan is akinek az egészsége nagyon leromlott. Úgy gondolom megérdemelnek még egy esélyt, így megkezdtem a rehabilitációjukat. Most már vidám macikként keresnek gazdát és szerető otthont, ahol békésen tölthetik nyugdíjas éveiket. Some sadly abandoned Teddy bears arrived to me, asking for help. Some of them were only snuffy, but most of them were in a bad condition concerning their health. I want to give them a chance for life, so I started a project of their rehabilitation. They have became happy bears by now, and desire for a regardful owner and a new home, where they can spend their years of retirement. More information coming soon...
